Retired USAR Colonel Michael J. Wagner stars in Part 3 of the Washington Post's investigation of Iraq veteran care at Walter Reed Army Hospital outside Washington, DC.
This pictire of Col. Wagner was removed from the Phoenic Project website sometime after 6:30 AM EST.
As of this posting a tiny picture of a man and woman on horseback is at the top of the Phoenix "About Us" page...Wagner is the man in that image.
